Mount Eliza Building renovation and extension.
The owners of this unique property wanted renovate and extend the existing home and to incorporate a completed front garden and stone fence with a balinese influence. The existing building was built in the 70’s and required extensive renovations whilst an extra 420m2 of building works were added to the front, rear and sides of the building. The owners also required 3 x fish ponds and a swimspa to be fitted before handover was completed.
Kars Renovation & Extension
The Owner of this 1960’s timber clad single storey home wanted to renovate and extend the existing building. The rear yard was to be sub-divided with another unit to be built. The existing building was built in the early 60’s with 3 bedrooms 1 x living and 1 x Bathroom.
Safety Beach Renovation & Extension
The Owner of this commercial waterfront property wanted renovate and extend the existing reception building and sub-divide the existing building into 2 luxurious townhouses and build 2 new double storey townhouses in at the rear of the lot. The existing building was built in the early 80’s from double skin brickwork and suspended concrete slabs with a tiled truss roof. The building required extensive demolition for the conversion with an extra 200m2 of building works were added to the rear.
South Yarra Renovation & Extension
The owner of this unique corner property had architect designed plans completed for 2 townhouses to be approved and built. Organized Builders was engaged to provide a BOQ & feasibility study for the plans. We prepared & advised client of the possible alternatives & outcomes. Revised plans were completed & approved by the relevant authorities. Construction commenced in December 2013 with an expected completion date in July 2014.
Nunawading Extension
The owners of this original 1970’s B/V single storey had a dream to build an outdoor living room extended off the rear of the house. Organized Builders organised all the plans, engineering and permits for the clients. The extension was started in mid-November 2013 and finished the week before Christmas.
Brunswick renovation
The owner of this original Californian bungalow wanted to replace the existing cladding & windows to the 1980’s architecturally designed extension. Premium grade Cedar windows and vertical “V” jointed Cedar cladding was used throughout. The project also included a new Gas log fire, new insulation and was completed in 5 weeks in early 2013 for a very satisfied owner and new friend.
Boronia new Home
The family of the existing dwelling contacted Organized Builders to tender on a new 2 storey dwelling to be built in their rear yard. O.B. won the tender, construction started in May 2013 & completed & handed over in November 2013 to a very happy Asian Family.
The project encountered muddy conditions due to heavy rains and flood prone site. 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, large living, double Garage in less than 24 weeks during Melbourne’s wettest winter in many years.
