The owners of this unique property wanted renovate and extend the existing home and to incorporate a completed front garden and stone fence with a balinese influence. The existing building was built in the 70’s and required extensive renovations whilst an extra 420m2 of building works were added to the front, rear and sides of the building. The owners also required 3 x fish ponds and a swimspa to be fitted before handover was completed.
The existing home had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 x living areas with the majority of the internal walls clad with Cypress Pine boards and the external cladding from Cedar weather boards. The house was not insulated, out of level, required complete electrical rewire and new plumbing. The windows were rotten and most could not be opened properly some not at all. There was no garage or carport for the cars and the driveway needed to be placed.
We worked with the clients incorporating their families needs organizing all the working drawings, specifications and building permits.
The project required 3 x new bathrooms, 1 x main Kitchen, 1 x Butlers full sized Kitchen, External Pool Cabana wetbar, 2 x 2 car garages, 4 x new bedrooms, Cinema, Childrens Loft, over 180m2 of Merbau Decking, Endless swimspa and seperate 6 person external spa. Ducted programable A/C, Colour Video Intercom system, Energy effecient windows, upgraded insulation, 350m2 of paving, 450m2 of Instant Turf, 20m3 of Hillview quarry Granite for fences and landscaping works. 3 x fishponds and over 100 plants
The project was completed in Mid 2011 for a very happy family. They love their new home and we have made life long friends.
